All orders are shipped from Germany, either directly from our Studio or our fulfillment partner.
Delivery time & costs
We dispatch all orders within 5 business days if not otherwise stated.
Shipping to Germany: 6,99 € (Expected delivery time: 2-8 days)
Shipping to Europe: 12,99 € (Expected delivery time: 3-14 days)
Shipping outside EU: 21,00 € (Expected delivery time: 14-21 days)
Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times.
Please note! We cannot take responsibility for any delays, which are out of our control, like customs delays etc.
All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout, however, please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping items back to us. Returns and exchanges are carried out at your own risk and expense (the shipping costs are to be paid by you). If items are damaged on return to us, we will only be able to offer a 50% refund.

We cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reflects the colours on the actual products. The colours seen on the website will depend on your screen.
Furthermore, all our Prints are produced by hand, and therefore each item will differ slightly in colour density and its shape.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
